Hello,
I want upgarde to CUCM9.1 form CCM4.1.3.
First, I want upgrade to CUCM7.1.3 via DMA file.
But, I always get one error log file~
I cannot understand what is the wrong!!!
Have any recommand about it ?

Would you collect the other logs files found here please: C:\Program Files\Cisco\Trace\DBL\installdb*.*
From that installdb files we can see what the actual failure is, whether it's a record with special characters or something else.
