Accept and forward message action and Exchange online issues

Hi, we're running Unity 11.5 and running into some odd issues with accepting and forwarding VMs once users are moved to Exchange online. Everything works correctly with the single inbox in the cloud with VMs being placed in the users inbox. But we have some users who are set up to accept and relay their messages to a group and that doesn't seem to be working correctly. It does forward the message, but instead of showing up in the group's mailbox as an email with a VM (wav) attachment, it shows up as a email with an email attachment, with the email attachment being the original email and attachment. This is causing issues for users on mobile devices as they can't open the attachment so they can't get to the VM file. If we change it and set it to forward to just a single user it shows up correctly. If we take an email and manually forward it to the group address, it shows up correctly as well. So the only time the issue occurs is if it is set to accept and relay to a group, not a person (I tested with just relaying as well and the same thing happened). Does anyone know why this would be occurring or a way to fix it or work around it?
