I have an issue with our CUCM version 11
I have changed admin password for cucm using CLI and GUI from application user menu
we have a publisher server and one subscriber
so for being sure that it's changed for all I have changed it twice on both servers from both CLI and Web GUI
from cli I used both commands
# set password user admin
then
# utils reset_application_ui_administrator_password
and it's changed successfuly with no issues and I can login also to both CLI and web GUI
so the problem is that I can only login once before the message "Account has been locked "appears to me
so I have to reset the password again to be able to login again
and there is no failed login trials or so
does anyone know what cause this issue ?

Have you tried with a different browser?
I feel it’s a cache issues with the browser and it’s trying with the saved old password.
i have faced similar issues due to the browser. But have you tried with a different browser ?
