On the Cisco Unity Message Store Configuration Wizard, I'm having problems with the account for the Directory Services.
I created the accounts (for Unity Directory Services and for Unity Message Store Services) and I run the Permissions Wizard (usign CUICA).
However, when I specify the Unity Directory Services account, the Cisco Unity Message Store Configuration Wizard displays an error message saying that the user does not have the right Exchange permissions.
How can that be solved?

If you checkout the Unity Installation Guide 4.x with Exchange in the section about Creating Accounts for the installation\Setting Exchange Permissions.
You need to manually delegate the appropriate Exchange perms via Exchange Admin for your scenario.
The doco details the process better than I could.
If you've done this already I'd double check all your permissions and accounts.
