Ad-hoc video-conference to a 3rd party bridge through a SIP trunk

We have a non-cisco video-conference bridge. Is there a way, once we have created a SIP trunk to that bridge, to get the CUCM to re-route calls to it when escalating two ad-hoc video calls into an ad-hoc multipoint conference handled by that bridge ?

Just to add to what Jaime stated,

Escalating to ad-hoc multipoint, requires a SCCP registered conference resource (CUCM: media resource>conference bridge). seeing your 3rd party bridge is SIP, the answer is NO.

For ad-hoc conferencing the CFB needs to be added as such, if you only have a SIP trunk to the device, it would only work for rendesvouz conferences you dial into.

Thanks to both. That's what I thought but just wanted to confirm in case there was some mechanism I was not aware of.

And rendezvous conference will not work for our scenarios.
