After changing IP address the second IM&P server will not work

After the move of the CUCM and IM&P servers we have the next issue:

The second IM&P server part of the HA cluster will not work.

I see the next services are not started:

Cisco Presence Engine [STOPPED] Service not activated

Cisco SIP Proxy [STOPPED] Service not activated

When I try to login in this server I get no reply, the login screen will come back after 22 seconds. The message "Loading, please wait" is on the screen during the 22 seconds.

I tried to activate this services using CLI:

utils service activate Cisco Presence Engine

and

utils service activate Cisco SIP Proxy

In both situations I received the message:

Invalid service name for activate/deactivate, valid names are:

   Name service Cache

   Entropy Monitoring Deamon

Execuited command unsuccessfully

How can I activate the 2 services mentioned above?

I used this information to change the IP address.

We did not change the hostname.
I used the CLI commands for changing IP address, DNS, NTP etc.

CUCM pub : Oke, running fine

CUCM subs 1 : Oke, running fine

CUCM subs 2 : Oke, running fine

IMP first node : Oke running fine

IMP second node : having issues.
