After upgrading Presence and CUCM from version 7.0(3) to 8.0(2) CUPC 8.0(3) no longer communicates with Unity.

We are unable to communicate with Unity. Unity ver. 7.0. We see the following message in the log file.

        <ns4:serverFriendlyName>10.79.1.41</ns4:serverFriendlyName>
        <ns4:serverAddress>10.79.1.41</ns4:serverAddress>
        <ns4:serverPort>443</ns4:serverPort>
        <ns4:transportProtocol>HTTPS</ns4:transportProtocol>
        <ns4:failureCode>1923</ns4:failureCode>
We tried to upgrade the CUPC from 8.0(3) from 8.0(5) however the same problem exists. We have since downgraded back to 8.0(5). Your suggestions are welcome.

We need to make Visual Voicemail Web Services is running and installed on Unity Server.

Can you verify what that URL does from your PC directly?


https://10.79.1.41:443/vmws/services/Authentication?wsdl

It could be you don't have it installed on your unity,

What is your exact version of unity
