Hi,
We are having a problems to upgrade to version 7.1.7.
Initially the module only started with the bootloader mode, to fix this failure we decided to upgrade to the latest version.
download the necessary files to perform the upgrade through boothelper:
• cue-installer.nmx.7.1.7
• cue-vm-k9.nmx.7.1.7.pkg
• cue-vm-full-k9.nmx.7.1.7.prt1
• cue-vm-installer-k9.nmx.7.1.7.prt1
• cue-vm-langpack.nmx.7.1.7.prt1
after the procedure was performed as indicated by the Cisco documentation. when I select the language version
