Hi,
One of our customers are asking for information on:
Top and Bottom N Utilised Trunks
Top N Call Failure Locations
Endpoints with Service Quality Issues
We know that these features are only availiable for CUCM - The customer is using Cisco VCS so this information is not populated. Does anyone know if there is a VCS based equivalent?

Hi Dean,
We do have the top 10 Endpoints with Service Quality Issues (jitter, packet loss, and latency) in the end user impact dashboard for Prime Collaboration Assurance.
