Welcome to the Cisco Networking Professionals Ask the Expert conversation.   This is an opportunity to discuss Service Providers and System Integrators can offer the Cisco suite of UCC applications from the cloud to multiple customers with common management tools  with AJ Sessa.  AJ is a senior product manager for the Hosted Collaboration Solution, within the voice technology group at Cisco. He has been working at Cisco on service provider hosted and managed solutions for more than three years. Prior to Cisco, he held product development and engineering roles at Vertical*i building partner relationship management and portfolio and investment analysis software solutions for various Fortune 500 clients. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and a master of business administration degree from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.

What services are available today within the HCS solution? Thanks.

The Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution supports the following applications which are used to create voice, voicemail, instant messaging and presence and mobility services:

Cisco Unified Communications Manager 8.0

Cisco Unity^® Connection 8.0

Cisco Unified Presence 8.0

Cisco 8.0 Desktop Clients 8.0

Cisco 8.0 Mobility clients 8.0

Currently Webex Meetingcenter integration and Contact Center agent services are being integrated into the architecture and is under development.  In the future the solution will include the entire portfolio of Cisco Collobration services and applications, such as Telepresence and Cisco Quad.

What services are needed to be running on CUCM in order for CUEAC or the other attendant consoles to sync properly?  Also when will CUEAC 8.5 be release for download.  I noticed the Install manual and release notes have already been made available for download.
