AJ is a senior product manager for the Hosted Collaboration Solution, within the voice technology group at Cisco. He has been working at Cisco on service provider hosted and managed solutions for more than three years. Prior to Cisco, he held product development and engineering roles at Vertical*i building partner relationship management and portfolio and investment analysis software solutions for various Fortune 500 clients. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and a master of business administration degree from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.

Currently Webex Meetingcenter integration and Contact Center agent services are being integrated into the architecture and is under development. In the future the solution will include the entire portfolio of Cisco Collobration services and applications, such as Telepresence and Cisco Quad.

What services are needed to be running on CUCM in order for CUEAC or the other attendant consoles to sync properly? Also when will CUEAC 8.5 be release for download. I noticed the Install manual and release notes have already been made available for download.
