Hi everyone,
I am having an issue with attendant console 11.0.1.10-2 for a while now and i am hoping i could get some help from the community.
The issue:
the Attendant console freezes when the operator is transfering calls. After she clicks on the incoming call, she is able to answer the call but when it comes to transfering the call to an extension, the call is stuck for approx 5 seconds, and is then transferred and sometimes it just drops.
Any idea why this behaviour may occur ?
