how the configuration it will be between attendat console and auto attendat console regarding AA , in other words , i need to configure RP(FWALL to Main Call handler) in CUCM , regarding operator if press 0 , wht i will do in attendat console, CUCM ???
CUCM will be in the middle between UCON and AC, so your AA DN can be defined as cti rp pointing to UCON via call forward all, and then the zero out option from call handler will point to extension that is defined in CUCM as CTI RP registered with CUEAC (queue DDI).
