Attendant Console Premium failover and Directory

Hi

I have an Attendant Console Premium sync with CUCM directory. There are two server in redundancy mode.

When there is failover, Attendant Console user can not see the directory any longer.

Any ideas?

I would assume you have a database not connected error?

Could be that the client cannot reach that server via HOSTNAME, if not add it to DNS or the host file of the PC.

Could also be SQL configuration not allowing connections via TCP/IP or Named Pipes
