Audit unused IP Phones

Hi team,

I am asked to provide the list of cisco ip phones(desk phone)in our domain-connected to the network/working, thats not been used for the past 6 months.

how would i generate an report at CUCM ?

Hi Erin,

CUCM natively does not have such a report available. You may need to check for any customized third party solution to this.

The closest thing you would get, and it would still require a lot of work, would be to simply generate CAR reports and then cross reference the DNs that DO show up in there Vs. the ones that does not show up there.
