One of my customer is looking for automatic voice recording option on Call Manager Express witout pressing any softkey. Anybody has any idea how to do it?
If they are not open to the Live Record feature built into CUE which does require you to press a soft key then the only option I can think of is to look at third party recording solutions like Telrex etc
