Hi Everybody,
I have backup the CUE 8.x file, and trying to restore to CUE 9.x
but the result is failed.
Any idea? or is there any requirement / document related to this scenario?

Are you trying to migrate from Cisco Unity Express 8.x (SRE) to Cisco Unity Express Virtual 9.x? Have you checked this guide:
