We have a client that uses the built-in "admin" account for the Cisco Business Attendant Admin portal. We are curious if it is possible to create a secondary admin account in this portal, or is the built-in admin account the only option?

Is it possible for end user to disable/enable their voicemail by themself? I tried to search around the internet but can't find the exact answer, but from my understanding only administrator can disable/enable their voicemail profile from the CUCM.
