Best practice for using SLRGs, RGs, RLs, RPs, PTs, CSSs, etc.

Does anyone know of a Best Practice guide for implementing Call Routing in the CUCM 10.5? What I'm really looking for is a flowchart showing the relationship between all the elements of Call Routing (SLRGs, RGs, RLs, RPs, PTs, CSSs, etc.). I've inherited a system with a mishmash of inefficiencies and misdirections and I'm trying to make sense of it in order to clean it up. I come from the Nortel PBX side of things where Least Cost Routing ruled the day. It's been a few years since I've had to implement a Call Routing plan on the CUCM from scratch and I need a refresher. Any reference materials would be greatly appreciated.
