Unity is routing a "blocked" caller ID straight to the system directory. Caller is a Doctor that has caller ID all calls blocked.
Where is that hidden and how can I change it to offer the login prompt or opening greeting instead?

Never mind Folks: I figured out the Unknown Caller ID was hitting the opening greeting. We do not use the opening greeting in our setup. The Closed greeting was sending callers to the System Directory.
