Can Call Manager bulk update Directory Numbers that are associated with CTI Route Points?
We have 400+ Translation Patterns that are used for system speed dials. When users dial one of the TP numbers (like #100), the call completes but does not display to the caller any name associated with that speed dial; the end user has to trust that they dialed the correct speed dial number.
We just learned that using CTI Route Points with associated Directory Numbers does provide the calling party with the speed dial name; it works wonderfully.
So I'm in the process on converting the TPs to CTI-DNs. Call Manager's bulk import of CTI-DNs works for everything but the DNs "Forward All" number which just happens to be the dialed speed dial number. I can live with this if there is someway to bulk update the DN but I've yet been able to determine how this is possible.
