Busy Lamp Field not working for certain DNs

I have two DNs that will not work with BLFs on a 7965 ip phone. I'm not sure really what else to check. I have compared it with a working phone / DN and eveything would appear to match up.

What's 'everything' that you have checked?


If it's specific DNs that don't work I would first cheeck that the partition of the DN you want to monitor is in the SUBSCRIBE CSS of the 'watching' phone.

Have you set up multiple presence groups on your system?
