Call delay in first hearing the calling party when answering a call

Hi all,

Do anyone know what the following issue is ? Maybe, which timeout setting I need set ?

When a call is mad or received, there is a delay in the initial call set up. So if a user starts talking as the call is answered part of the initial hello is chopped off or not heard. Otherwise the rest of the conversation cam be heard as normal.
