Call Forwarding Question


Hello!

Here is my simple scenario.

I am forwarding calls from one number to another in our organization.  If the person does not answer I want the unanswered call to go to the "forwarded" voicemail instead of the originating numbers voicemail. Right now it goes to the initial dialed number's voicemail.  Is there any way set it so that unanswered calls point to the forwarded voicemail instead of hanging on to the originating called number info and thus voicemail?

This will only be for a handful of users as we are discontinuing their old numbers in a few weeks.

Running CM 9.0.1

Use the service parameter "use last rather than first redirecting number"
