Call history report

How do I retreive call history report from the CUCM ?

I have one user who claimed that her call is forwarded to another user.

How do I trace whether the call did actually forwarded to the particular user ?

User A frm HR dept claim that her call is forwarded to User B from Accounts dept.

We have since disabled call forwarding for the HR user.

Yes. You can use the CDR reports to crosscheck it.
