Call manager Express Capability and limitation

Dears,

I have Cisco CME with Unity Express as per the BoM attached in the confirmation email, CME limitation in creating multiple sub menus and sub sub menus is not serving the function it purchased for. as work around solution i am trying to create one main menu and sub menus horizontally, my consern is about the limitation. is there any limitation for the numbers of sub menus and IVR msg duration? in the attached file there is sample of suggested setup.

Hi Shakeeb,

As per the CUE design guide

The Cisco Unity Express system limits the following AA related attributes:

•Up to five total AAs with a maximum of four custom AAs and one system AA

•A maximum of eight (on an NM) or four (on an AIM) custom scripts

•No specific limit on the number of steps per AA

•No specific limit on the number of nesting levels within each AA script (although a script with too many levels becomes difficult to manage)

•A maximum of 50 (on an NM) and 25 (on an AIM) custom prompts

•A maximum of one MByte file size per prompt (two minutes)
