We have installed a number of VG224s at some of our remote sites. During the installations, I created a call pickup group for each site then I put all the analog extensions in the pick group that pertains to their site. I tried both pick codes **3 and **4 neirther of which worked. We are currently at version 8.6 on our CUCM and we are using MGCP between CUCM and VG224. I must be missing a step or something. Can anyone offer some suggestions?
