Hi,
We would like to build a relatively simple IVR based on Unity Connection.
The worker calls the CUC number , and make an outside user system transfer (authenticated with UserID and PIN ) to a mobile or PSTN number.
As we need to record all the calls, when the customer receive this call, we need to notify about fact of call recording.
Can we do it with Cisco Unity Connection, or need UCCX?

Recording applications like Imagicle can do the announcement natively.
What recording application are you use ?

CUC cannot do any authentication like you're asking, if you need people to call from the outside, be authenticated and then dial a phone number, then I'd suggest using MVA if you use CUCM.

Hi,
I do not need any authentication. People (repair man at power service company) will call outside to customer.
The worker (limited number) can be authenticated with CUC local user and PIN (user transfer).
So authentication is not an issue.
The issue is playing a message to a mobile user after connecting .
