Call Recording Notification Tone Volume

Environment:

* CUCM 7.1.3(b)

* CallRex v4.0.2

* Call Forked Audio with both On-Demand and Always On profiles

I have adjusted the Call Recording tone before but seem to have forgoten where I did it. Can someone here point me in the right direction please.

Hi David,

In CUCM, go to Device > Phone > Select Phone > Recording Tone Local Volume / Recording Tone Remote Volume.

I was thinking it was a  Service parameter and looking in all thr wrong places....I should of kept it simple and look at the individuals phone settings.
