We have a UC infra setup where we would like to introduce call recording on the gateway level, meaning to record all incoming & outgoing calls via the PSTN.
Based on my readups we are to use Mediasense+CUBE+network recording solution. Is that correct?
CUBE states that it records sip-sip calls only? plz correct me
We have E1/T1 link + FXO cards on voice gateway, is CUBE is correct product for this?
Currently the voice gateway-->CUCM is talking h323
Appreciate any advise
