Hello,
In one of our customer's call flow application we forward all calls to voice mail box at after office hours.
Requirement is after placing the voice mail message we need to play "Good Bye!" message in selected language(English,Tamil,Sinhala) by the caller at the beginning.
Is that option possible inside voice mail box?
OR
Is there any option to retrieve the call from call flow once the voice mail message placed? Then we could play the message in any language.
Thank you.

You cannot retrieve a call once it reaches unity connection but you can send the call back to CUCM using call handlers. Set the after message action to Attempt Transfer to a call handler and define the extension number on that call handler. you may have to look into restriction tables as well.
Alternatively you can record the goodbye messages on unity connection itself. Set the after message action to send the call to the Greetings of a call handler with the right recording.

Hi Anirudh,
We are using Unity Express. So I think call handler option will not work for us. Is there a option in AutoAttendant to do the same
Thanks

I don't have much expertise on CUE and can't comment on that.
You can take a look at the Design Guide. I see some references to transfer,

You can also look at BACD. You can upload the required greeting and transfer the call an extension or a hunt group,
