Good day,
We have a call flow that moves the call thru different Call Types based on the caller's CED choice. The Call types are pegged and can be seen in the Call_Type_Interval table, but do not show in the Termination_Call_Detail table. Can anyone tell me why?

Hi CTWoods,
The TCD record for each leg of the call is associated with the last call type. When you use the capture micro apps in your call flow, then different TCD rows with multiple call types are populated.
