CallConnector Server License

Hi to all,

I have a customer with 6 CME on ISR 29x1, all interconnected through VPN, they want install a IM/presense server and I propose the Cisco CallConnector Server, (SW-UCC-CME), installed in headquarter, my question is: how many server license UCC I need to buy, is enough 1 license (I'll install only 1 server) or I need a license per each CME?

My understanding is one server license for up to 10 CME sites
