Caller id issue when call is picked thru Call pick up group in CUCM 10.5

Recently we migrated the customer from 8.5 CUCM to 10.5 CUCM. After the migration we are observing that the caller id is not being displayed when the call comes from pstn  >> to IP phone >> and picked via call pickup group.

Configuration wise it seems everything is similar. Not sure if it is a enterprise or service parameter that is affecting. Any suggestions .

This parameter determines whether forwarding information displays to the called party after the party goes off-hook. When enabled, this parameter also ensures that the forwarding information continues to be displayed on the called party's phone while the phone is ringing, even if the calling party information is updated during that time. Valid values specify True (display forward information) or False (do not display forward information).
  This is a required field.
  Default:  False

Check this parameter if its set to false or true. Set it to false if its set to true and test

Hi,

can you share the following:

1. complete call flow

2. What kind of IP Phones you are using and their firmware?

3. What shows up on the caller ID when the call is answered via pickup?

4. What kind of pickup are you testing it with?
