We have an issue wherein when we Cisco Phone (SIP) calling Avaya IPO Phone users, the called party name is not being displayed. Only the called party number. When Avaya Phone calling Cisco IP Phone User, both Caller Party Name and Number are present on the Avaya phone. The call flow is below:
Cisco IP Phone (SIP) <--> CUCM via H323 <--> Avaya H323 IPO
Do we need to set the CUCM H323 to use a tunnel protocol of Qsig or there's a need for a configuration from the Avaya side?
