Hello
When all members in a hunt group are logged out, callers hear a fast busy. Can we change this behaviour by setting some parameters?
Customer want to differentiate between the condition when all members are busy (play fast busy) and when no one logged in (send to Unity, bust currently system play out fast busy).

If you use the user/line approach when no one is logged it will use the always route member for those calls.
If you use the device member they will ring even if not logged. You need the user/line approach for what you want.
Send the call to the VM pilot or to a CTI RP with CFA with the always route member.

The issue is if I apply it to device/phone, it goes to BUSY when no one is logged-in.
