If you could assist, I would like to know where to adjust the global value for the UnknownCallerId . I had an issue where I was trying to pin down where a number was originating from in our network as it has been the source of many calls in the CDR. I downloaded a TAR file with my environments total details. I located the data and it appears it is from EnterpriseWideData,UnknownCallerId,850XXXXXXX,string,Cisco CallManager . I thought this could be set under Enterprise parameters but I cannot locate the field. I am running Call Manager 220.127.116.1100-21. Does anyone have any ideas where this can be adjusted globally? As always I appreciate your insight.
