Hi All,
Call Flow::
End User --> Avaya PBX --> H323 Voice gateway --> Call Manager Cluster 1 --> SIP trunk --> Call Manager Cluster 2 --> gateway.
Issue::
Calls going blank intermittently.
please suggest.

You need to collect the CUCM logs and post it here so we can help.

Hi Rejohn,
Upgrading the IOS on the gateway from 15.0 to 15.4 worked.
everything is working fine now.
