Can a "pause" be added to a contact to be dialed in the CUPC client?

Is there an ability to insert a pause into a created contact in the CUPC 7.1 client. Basically what I'm trying to do is the equivalent of putting a couple of commas into an old modem dial string. One of the folks here has created a contact to dial into their external conferencing service and doesn't want to enter his PIN if possible. This task is something that I can easily do with a cellphone contact entry (to reach someone at a building without a DID extension through the main number, a pause for the auto attendant, and then dialing the extension) but can't seem to figure out a way to do it with CUPC.

Hi Shan,

I'm afraid we don't support that feature natively just yet. Depending on the scenario, there are workarounds that can be configured using IVRs, H.323 gateways or even XML scripts, but CUCM doesn't support this directly.
