Can't get messages to backup using COBRAS Export with Unity Connection 7.x

Hi All,

I am trying to do a message export using COBRAS on Connection 7.1.3, but it errors out saying this...

7/6/2011 12:23:06 PM: (error) Failed to connect to remote mailstore with super user IMAP access - unable to backup messages.

IMAP client error=ChilkatLog

...

    ConnectionType: Unencrypted TCP/IP

    loginResponse: aaab NO Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.

    Received failed login response from IMAP server

    Failed.

I'm assuming something needs to be configured to allow my System Administrator/Remote Administrator user to access the messages.  Any tips on how to get this working would be greatly appreciated.

I was able to get this to work.  Had to use the original administrator account and not a user with the same roles.

Need to "start" the Connection IMAP server under Serviceability for Unity Connection. It may be activated but stopped.
