Can you turn On/Off Mobile Connect from an iPhone?

On CUCM 10.5.2 cluster, is it possible to turn On/Off Mobile Connect from the remote device, an iPhone, in this case?  There is remote web access to do that, but is there a way to do it from an iPhone, or any phone for that matter?  Or even create a dial in number to do it?

I cannot think of doing it on Jabber device (assuming that is what you are using on iPhone). You can toggle it on/off from Cisco IP phone by using the mobility softkey on Idle device (need to add it to the softkey template).
