Hi

I am unable to make external call to 1866 .. number using a particular externsion. Incomings are fine. I took the ccapi inout debugs and the disconnect cause value = 31. Ephone-dn has secondary number as well - not sure if this is causing the problem. Not sure where to start from!

Regards,

Are you calling in from outside to this number?

What type of circuit is it?

Can you post the debugs?

Chris

Hi Chris

I am trying to call 1866.. number from extension 204 which is one of the extensions in the company. Its an FXO line. Debugs are attached here. Moreover, there is a secondary extension configured and in the debugs I think that the external call initiates from 204 but later the calling number changes to the secondary number '0100'. I think this may be the problem but am not sure. I think you may find the following helpful.

ephone-dn  561  dual-line

number 204 secondary 0100 no-reg primary

label 204

call-forward busy 399

call-forward noan 399 timeout 20

ephone  37

device-security-mode none

mac-address 8843.E155.23F7

ephone-template 16

max-calls-per-button 2

username "BPoerstel" password 111111

speed-dial 3 702 label "Page"

paging-dn 2

type 504G

button  1:561

Can you provide realted dial-peer configuration that matches 1866.. and "debug voice dialpeer"?

Hi Chris,

Did you had chance to look at the debugs?

Looks like whatever is on the other end of your pri is sending a disconnect with cause normal, unspecified. What is on the other side and can you track the call there?

One thing to note is you are sending a calling party number of 0100 which you provider may not like.
