Cannot log into Cisco Unified CM CDR Analysis and Reporting

Hello,

 

A user says they can no longer access the Cisco Unified CM CDR Analysis and Reporting section to see who has dialed 911.  When they put in their credentials it says they are invalid.  Logging into Communications Manager, I have verifed that there is an End User created, I've reset the password, and made sure they are a member of the Standard CAR Admin Users group.  Still cannot login with it.  I get the message "Either the User Name or the Password entered is invalid. Ensure that you are logging into CAR as a CAR administrator or a regular End User".  I am able to log on as administrator.

 

Any assistance is appreciated, thanks.
