cannot remember password at Cisco Attendant Console

Hello to all ,

I have a CUCM 4.0 with Cisco Attendant Console Installed , one of the user cannot remember your password , every morning she will type the password .

It`s a critic user , CEO´s secretary . Can you give me some advice ?
