Cannot use Prime Collaboration Assuarance 10.6 to monitor CUCM Cluster

Hi All,

We try to use Prime Collaboration Assurance to monitor CUCM cluster but we do not get any CPU usage or memory Usage from Callmanager.

We have correct snmp string , and http user.

Errors are in attached.

Anyone has any idea?

Thanks

Paul

Hi Paul,

As per the CPCA admin guide:

Viewing Historical Trends

Historical trending is enabled by default for the dashlets (CPU Usage, Virtual Memory Usage, and Common Partition Usage) under the System Summary dashboard. Click Zoom at the bottom-right corner of the dashlet to view the Trend View graph.

Prerequisites

All devices should be in managed state in Prime Collaboration. In case of clusters, all the nodes should be in managed state.

For voice devices (Cisco Unified CM, Cisco Unified Presence, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Media Sense, Cisco Finesse, Cisco Unified IC, and Cisco Unified Contact Center Express), along with the system-defined dashboards, you can also view trends for the device related metrics.

Can you check if the cucm nodes are in managed mode.

I have CUCM Clusters. Do you mean I have to add all CUCM and IM&P nodes, right?

Hi Paul,

That is correct.
