Here is the situation. I would like to figure out how to query call manager. For caller id of an active call. I want to run this information against an on site customer database. I know I can get the call information from CDR but it is not real time. Really not sure how to do this. Would it be better to set up snmp traps on the Voice gateway. Is there any way to do a web request to get this information. All the web request stuff I have looked at is not real time.
