CUCM CAR interface gives me the warning below:
And when I try to search for something, I am getting the error below
(For example CDR --> Search --> Call Types)
I checked the Serviceability page and all the Services are running normally. We also have a billing server (Tiger) and I can confirm that CUCM can send CDR information to that Server.
What is the best approach? Do I have to restart all those services, or the ones mentioned? And do I have to restart them on a specific order?

Are you getting the 2nd error message after clicking past the red text error message or after making a cdr search? Have you enabled CDR logging (call manager service parameter to enabled)?
I am getting the second message when I am trying to search for something.
CDR was working with no issues , but the last few days I was getting this error.
It is temperamental. The last couple of ways it works with no issues, but I am getting the warning above:
