For the past few weeks all of the CUCM CSR Admins have been getting an email alert for the CSR database exceeding 2 million records. I followed the instructions that I found to manually purge the records with CU Serviceability, all records before today. Despite all the records being purged before today we are still getting the alert. Can something be done?
