Cause code 41 indicates Temporarily Unavailable. Typically happens when you experience a network issue or sudden disconnection on the call path.

Your BRI interface seems to be flapping:

May 7 13:03:23.275: %ISDN-6-LAYER2UP: Layer 2 for Interface BR0/2/2:0, TEI 69 c hanged to up
May 7 13:03:23.462: %ISDN-6-LAYER2DOWN: Layer 2 for Interface BR0/2/2:0, TEI 69 changed to down

Then you immediately see the disconnection, so my guess is the flapping of the interface is causing the problem.

Cause Value=41, Interface=0x7FDC3E1C9B48, Call Id=18373

Thank you for your reply .

What do you suggest to me for solving this issue

Bes regards

sh controllers e1/t1 will give more informations. You can issue the command  clear counters and see if the values increment. Based on the error you may need to contact service provider and also you need to review  your configuration.

Contact your telco.

I would suggest to check first with your provider.

If they don't see any fault on their end, it could be the cable or the card. Change the cable connecting the interface.

If this is an ISDN link you can enable debugs

debug bri-interface,

debug isdn q921 and

debug isdn q931

to see if there is any issue reported by the system before the link goes down.
