Hi, my client has a CCM 4.0 with CCX 5.0, he needs to block some incoming calls, that is for certain incoming-ID numbers, a call should be dropped instead of being routed to an agent.
Anyone knows a solution? Thank you a lot in advance
Try with incoming-calling number and add translation pattern to drop the call.

Well; that sounds to work. Anyway, I could found another way to do the task straight-forward by using CCX desktop administrator, and drop calls by a list within a work flow, this won't work with CCX standard, and I think I shall try both of solutions. Thank you
